[tomboy] make 時有問題

上面這一段很多人在 make 時出錯都沒注意到。
在 tomboy 的相依套件裡也不會提到這點。

簡單的說，這個問題是可以理解的。
但是不能不做個 note 提醒一下。

anyway,

apt-get install libmono-cairo2.0-cil

就可以了。
